My clinical training is in the area of Cognitive-Behaviorism and Task-Centered Therapy; I practice short-term Dimensional Solution-Based Therapy (DSBT). I am of the belief that DSBT psychotherapy is one of the most effective tools for change - as long as you are willing to make a change. For some people, the idea and responsibility for change can be overpowering. I see my role, as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, as a way to help you identify patterns in your life that you want to modify - act on...and act on them now. In my own life, for both personal and professional reasons, I too have participated in periods of psychotherapy. What have I found as a result? First, change can occur if you want it to. Second, you are responsible for your own behavior. And third, short-term Dimensional Solution-Based Therapy (DSBT) can be a very beneficial presence in your life.

Dr. Force uses in his private practice is short-term Dimensional Solution-Based Therapy (DSBT) and Clinical Hypnotherapy. He is a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (NBCCH) & a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R). Dr. Force is a strong believer in lifelong success and achievement. As a practitioner, and personal advocate, Dr. Force will assist you in meeting your goals, vision and interests - regardless of your age.
